📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Support the F&B team in preparing and serving meals, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and order in the dining areas.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures and protocols.
• Support the F&B manager in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in organizing and participating in team-building activities and events.
• Contribute to the overall success of the F&B department by staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, culinary arts, or related degree program.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
