📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
• Assist clients in opening and managing various financial products, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Monitor client transactions and provide regular reports and updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial services or client relations role.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of banking software, such as Core Banking Solution (CBS) or similar systems.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
