🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and technologies such as ERP systems, MES, and PLM.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality improvement methodology is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
