📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Geography, Sociology, History, Indonesian, and English.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and teaching strategies.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience.
• Utilize educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Canva.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.
• Strong subject matter expertise in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Geography, Sociology, History, Indonesian, or English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
