📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability and support operational needs.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and investors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop finance professionals.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
