📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, sales, and customer service.,Manage and motivate the team to achieve targets and improve performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.,Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.,Lead and coordinate special projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with financial management and accounting principles.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Experience in remote management and team collaboration tools is a plus.
