📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry,Strong leadership and team management skills,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools
