📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the repainting and high-rise building projects sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Prepare and present sales proposals and project estimates.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Provide exceptional customer service and support.,Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the construction or building materials sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the repainting and high-rise building projects industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
