PT Ratu Kartika is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a proven track record of maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular security patrols to monitor and assess potential security risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Supervise and train junior security personnel to ensure high standards of security are maintained.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive security reports and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures and protocols.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel on the premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with a focus on physical security.,Proven experience in supervising and training security personnel.,Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and regulations.,Familiarity with security equipment and technology, including CCTV systems and access control systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and management.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
