Quick Central Unggul is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Kitchen Crew to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. As the Lead Kitchen Crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in quality control checks to maintain food standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.,Ability to manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
