📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.,Conduct employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to build a strong and diverse workforce.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.,Partner with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful HR strategy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
