You will work closely with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop solutions that drive business success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of employees and the organization.,Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from managers and employees.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers to integrate training into the overall performance management process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Develop and maintain a training calendar to ensure consistent and effective learning opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
