Diamond Central Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team. This is a hybrid role that offers the best of both worlds, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of our office in Medan.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up-to-date on market trends and build relationships with key players.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
