Apotek Sari Bangunan is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, representing our products and services to our customers. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store and online responsibilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote our products and services to customers in-store and online.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Assist in the organization and execution of in-store events and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services.,Maintain a high standard of hygiene and professionalism in all interactions.,Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic healthcare products and services is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is required. English is a plus.,Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
