PT Inti Karya Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Denpasar Selatan, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and health of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management and a commitment to continuous improvement in safety practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of safety and health.,Ensure all HSE documentation is up-to-date and readily available for review.,Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure continued compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a similar industry.,Certification in HSE management (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
