📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes, schedules, and any specific instructions.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.,Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly.,Provide support to the fleet management team as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
