📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess creditworthiness and financial viability of potential clients to determine loan eligibility.
• Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients on unsecured loan products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Collaborate with Bank MAS’s team to promote and market unsecured loan products to SMEs and individual entrepreneurs.
• Utilize financial software and tools such as SAP FICO and SAP CRM to manage client data, track loan applications, and monitor loan performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in unsecured business lending.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure loan performance and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in financial advising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advising, credit analysis, or a related role in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations, credit scoring, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as SAP FICO and SAP CRM.
• Certification in financial advising or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
