📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Assist in merchandising and display of products to attract customers.,Support the outlet manager in implementing sales and marketing strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point of sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local market trends is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Good physical condition to handle daily tasks and customer interactions.
