🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
