📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the boat crew, ensuring safe and efficient operations.,Plan and execute daily routes and activities, adhering to safety protocols.,Maintain and inspect the boat, ensuring it is in good working condition.,Monitor weather conditions and make decisions to ensure the safety of the crew and passengers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for the crew.,Report any incidents or issues to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant certifications.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Experience in managing and maintaining boats and other maritime equipment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
