📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing and updating software and hardware.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT services.,Monitor system performance and report any issues to the IT team.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Participate in IT projects and tasks as assigned by the IT manager.,Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks.,Good understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Knowledge of IT security best practices.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g.PythonJavaC++) is a plus.Experience with cloud services (e.g.AWSAzure) is a plus.Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies is a plus.Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
