Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide comprehensive information about motorcycle features, specifications, and pricing.,Assist customers with financing options and paperwork.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and following up on service needs.,Promote our dealership and products through various marketing initiatives.,Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in motorcycle sales or related fields.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with motorcycle models and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using computers and sales software.,Valid driver's license and motorcycle experience is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
