📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a quality fit with the company's needs.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a positive start for new hires.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
