Long-Term Reservations Officer - Canggu Area

PT Alfred and Cie is seeking a Long-Term Reservations Officer to join our team in the dynamic Canggu area of Bali. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our reservation process, ensuring our hospitality clients have seamless and memorable guest experiences. As a Long-Term Reservations Officer, you'll handle all aspects of reservation management, from initial inquiries to final check-outs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure our clients' needs are met, and you'll have the chance to build strong relationships with both our clients and our partners in the hospitality sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end reservation processes for our hospitality clients, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and other accommodation providers to secure the best rates and availability.
• Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded and managed using our in-house reservation system.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze reservation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our reservation services and attract new clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the hospitality sector.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our reservation policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems and software, such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for the hospitality industry in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
