📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and supervise facility operations and maintenance activities, including cleaning, security, and HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the mall, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the facility team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the mall management team to ensure the smooth operation of the mall and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out projects and facility management, with a strong background in retail or commercial real estate.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with LEED or other green building certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and meetings.
