📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Captain in managing the market operations.
  • Ensure the market is clean and well-organized.
  • Support the Captain in customer service and handling customer complaints.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking.
  • Help in organizing and conducting market events and promotions.
  • Support the Captain in training and supervising the sales team.
  • Assist in maintaining market security and safety.
  • Help in preparing and maintaining market reports.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or market operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management.
  • Familiarity with market operations and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina.
